No two enquiries are the same, but we do our best to connect you with the right people at Newham College who can respond to your specific needs.

Please do not call us to report absence or lateness, as we are unable to process this information over the phone.
For Students:
- Report your absence or lateness by emailing your personal tutor, preferably through your eTrackr portal.
- If you cannot access the portal, you may send an email directly to your tutor.
For Parents/Carers/Guardians:
- You can report a student’s absence or lateness via the Parent Portal on eTrackr. You should have received login details (username and password) for this portal. It functions similarly to the student portal.
- If you cannot access the Parent Portal, you may also email the student’s tutor directly.
- If you need access to the Parent Portal, please complete the form available here

To apply for a course, simply find the course you’re interested in and click the ‘Apply Now’ button to start the application process.
Did you know? Submitting a course application with us takes, on average, no more than 10 minutes.

If you’ve already applied to the college and would like to discuss your application, please use the contact form below. To help us assist you more effectively, ensure you include your full name and date of birth in your enquiry.
Application issues/errors: If you have any issues or errors when making a course application, please email a brief description of the issue/error you are facing whilst making an application, along with a screenshot to admissions@newham.ac.uk
