Newham College is seeking a Recruitment Advisor who thrives on new opportunities and excels at building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. With your excellent organisational skills, you will manage recruitment deadlines and oversee campaigns, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.

In this role, your responsibilities will include managing the application process, scheduling interviews, providing candidate feedback, maintaining recruitment systems, processing offer letters, and conducting pre-employment checks.
