Job Title: ILR and Course File Co-Ordinator
Salary: £36,970 – £39,006 per annum
Location: NewVIc Campus
Contract: Full time, Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated ILR and Course File Co-Ordinator to join our MIS team. This crucial role ensures the accurate and timely production and submission of the Individualised Learner Record (ILR), essential for funding, audits, and performance reporting. Additionally, you will manage data related to the college’s course offerings and assist in developing the annual curriculum plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the annual course file within the management information system.
• Advise and collaborate with academic staff to ensure full compliance with course setup and funding rules.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve issues identified in FIS, PDSAT, and FRM reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory data returns.
• Act as the primary contact for external funding bodies concerning ILR compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FE funding methodologies and data requirements.
• Support the MIS team with various departmental duties and contribute to the college’s Net Zero carbon initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with strong analytical and administrative skills. You should have experience in data management within an educational setting, particularly relating to the ILR. Knowledge of FE funding rules, compliance, and audit requirements is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SQL or database tools is a plus but not required.
