

T-Levels Management and Administration - September 2025
Course content
T Levels are new full-time two-year technical programmes at Level 3. Their primary purpose is to prepare learners for entry into skilled employment or higher -level technical study.
With the use of East London Business Alliance (ELBA) we deliver employability skills, conduct one-to-ones and group tutorials, send learners to related workplace visits in Canary Wharf and plan a range of enrichment activities for both fun/skills development.
Achievement of a T Level must include all the compulsory elements below:
Year 1
Core: T Level Management and Administration core (8715-30)
Assessment:
- 1. Two externally marked knowledge tests
- 2. One externally marked employer-set project
Year 2
Occupational specialism: T Level Management and Administration (8715-30): Business Support (8715-313)
Assessment:
1. Synoptic assignment covering practical skills and applied knowledge set and marked externally
Industry placement: ‘On -the - job’ experience which takes place during an industry placement of at least 315 hours (approximately 45 days).
Your T Levels course is a mixture of classroom learning and ‘on -the - job’ experience which takes place during an industry placement of at least 315 hours (approximately 45 days) which is 1 day a week during your study programme with employers like: Tower Hamlet Council, Ringley ltd, Shan Properties (UK) Ltd, Vistry Group, Roman Road Primary School, Avenue Primary School, London College of Professional Studies, Stratford Hotel and Age Concern UK.
T Levels will become one of the main choices for learners after GCSE alongside apprenticeships and A levels. T level has been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so that the content meets the needs of the industry.

A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4, including English language and Maths.
Merit on Level 2 business course, including GCSE grade 9-4 English language and Maths.
Whilst the prior study of GCSE Business is beneficial, it is not essential.
