Course content
During you course you will learn:
- How to prepare and equip yourself for work and safely accessing the track environment
- Working safely in the trackside environment
- Accessing, checking and making use of track tools and equipment
- Dismantling and removing track components
- Installing track components
- Tidying the work site and leaving it safe and secure
Curriculum
This course is designed for anyone who would like to develop their skills already working within the Rail industry or someone who is ready to start a new career in Railway Engineering. Anyone who wants to prove competence of the level of skills required of basic track operatives.
