About the course

The Level 1 Award in Volunteering to Support English Language Teaching and Learning, provides the basic skills required to support teaching and learning of English as a Second Language in a wide variety of settings. This course is designed to give you the skills to progress to further study towards becoming a teacher or teaching assistant .

The course is free if you meet the criteria. You will be assessed and fully informed of any fees before you commit to the course.

Progression

You will progress to the Level 2 Award in Volunteering to Support English Language and Teaching and Learning as part of this course. You can then proceed to the Level 3 Award in Education and Training or directly into employment.
