Course content

This is a highly challenging A Level and should be carefully researched before choosing it as one of your subjects.

This course must be studied alongside A Level Mathematics as part of your programme.

A Level Further Mathematics allows you to explore advanced areas of pure mathematics, mechanics, statistics and decision mathematics. You’ll develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills that are essential for degrees and careers in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics and other STEM-related fields. If you enjoy mathematical challenge and have strong algebraic ability, this course is ideal for you.
