Salary: £34,690 – £44,409 (Up to £55k Supplement for experienced and qualified applicants)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of construction? Do you have expertise in Design, Planning, and Surveying? Newham College London is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction and Built Environment Lecturer to inspire and educate the next generation of construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Construction Design, Planning, and Surveying
- Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Assess and support students in their academic and practical work
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance course relevance and student employability
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching experience with levels 1 to 4 T Level experience is highly desirable
- Level 5 qualification in Construction and the built environment, design surveying and planning or other related qualifications and/or industry experience
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE or DET or willingness to work towards one
- Proven experience in the construction industry
