Supported and Inclusive Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £15.20 per hour
Contract: Temporary, Part-Time
Location: One of the College centres, as appropriate to areas of responsibility of the post

Are you passionate about supporting and developing the skills and knowledge of learners with additional needs?
We are recruiting several part time, hourly paid Learning Support Assistants to join our Supported and Inclusive Learning team. Our department delivers a range of courses that support young people to prepare for adulthood including vocational, employability and independence pathways. A commitment to working with young people/adults with additional support needs underpins all aspects of our work.
You will support learners in and out of class to develop their communication, independence, employability, and life skills. There is also a requirement to support with challenging behaviour, personal care, and mobility where appropriate.
In this extremely rewarding role, you will provide high quality and appropriately targeted support to enable learners to progress to fulfilled adult lives, further study, and employment.
