Hospitality and Travel
In this qualification learners will develop the underpinning skills, knowledge and understanding required to work as cabin crew.
The course will require students to do some in-class and independent work to complete a range of activities to meet the criteria set. This will include both theory and practical assessment. Delivery of our course includes practical activities which will take place in a modern, well-equipped built-in cabin classroom.
This course builds on the experience gained studying on a Level 1 Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or through previous experience in travel, tourism or aviation industry.
Cabin Crew plays an enormously important role in the aviation sector. This specialist course will provide learners with the knowledge vital to work effectively and efficiently as a member of an airline Cabin Crew.
The course also offers the tools needed to deliver the highest standard of service to satisfy and exceed the expectations of all airline passengers.
The course provides a progression route for those learners who have successfully completed a Level 1 Diploma in Travel and Tourism, however, it is not essential.
Learners with 4 GCSE at grades 3 or above or alternatively a Functional Skills qualification in Maths and English at Level 1 will also be considered.

This course is free for students aged 16-18. The course fee for adults is TBC.
On successful completion of the course, learners will be able to progress onto one of our BTEC Level 3 Diplomas in Aviation Operations or in Travel and Tourism.
Alternatively, learners will be able to seek employment in the Travel and Tourism or Aviation industry.
