This course is ideal if you are interested in developing practical skills in painting and decorating within the construction industry. It provides an introduction to the techniques used to prepare and finish interior and exterior surfaces.
During the course, you will learn how to prepare surfaces, apply paint finishes and use decorating tools and equipment safely. You will develop practical skills through hands-on activities while gaining an understanding of how decorating contributes to construction projects.
The course combines practical workshop training with classroom learning, helping you develop attention to detail, technical skills and teamwork while preparing you for further study in painting and decorating.
