The College takes its responsibilities seriously when processing the personal data it collects from students, staff, visitors and contractors. The policies and guidelines below have been included with the aim of promoting greater openness about how the College uses your data.
Newham College is a Data Controller for the purposes of data protection and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Our privacy notices describe the information that we hold for the various audiences that we serve, the purposes for which the data has been collected, how your data is processed and who that data may be passed to.
