Salary: Spinal point 4-5 (£61,167 – £63,769) depending on skills and qualifications
Location: One of the College centres, as appropriate to areas of responsibility of the post
Contract: 36 hours per week permanent; 108 teaching hours

We have an exciting new management opportunity for a Senior Head of School – Health Sciences.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of School in Health Sciences. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our Science, Health, Humanities, Social Care and Early Years programs.
As the Head of School in Health and Social Care, you will provide strategic leadership and direction, overseeing curriculum development to meet industry standards and student needs. You will foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement while managing and leading the academic team. Additionally, you will build and maintain partnerships with healthcare organisations and community stakeholders, ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, and develop and implement strategies to enhance student recruitment, retention, and success.
You should hold a postgraduate degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). A Teaching qualification is also essential in addition of Level 2 English and Maths.
