Salary: £36,970 – £39,006 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

The Role:
The HE Administration Officer role is primarily responsible for managing and analysing data related to student records, course details, and institutional performance. This position involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, which is essential for making informed decisions.
A key responsibility of a HE Administration Officer is to provide advice on student loans, helping students understand their financial options, application processes, and repayment plans. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to institutional practices.
The successful candidate will require strong analytical and communication skills. A background in education, including regulatory knowledge of OfS and HE statutory returns is necessary for this role. A track record of successfully managing data and compliance would equip a candidate well to excel in the HE Administration Officer role.
