Salary: £31,130 – £32,482 per annum (Unqualified)
£34,690 – £44,409 per annum (Qualified) – depending on qualifications and experience
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: East Ham & Stratford Campus

The Role:
Working from our Stratford or East Ham Campuses and focusing on adult learners supporting reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Reporting into the Head of School (ESOL), this is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivator who can develop, provide, and oversee a full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning, assessment, and student support in further education. You will undertake these professional duties as a member of the ESOL team and take responsibility for various tasks including the planning and allocation of workloads and duties, the maintenance and improvement of service delivery and improving efficiency and effectiveness in the use of resources and achievement of outcomes.
Candidates who have experience of working with RARPA preferred.
You should be an honors graduate or have a relevant final professional qualification (or equivalent experience). A teaching qualification is also essential and Level 2 English and Maths.
